Refund policy
We hope you love your selected RUS pieces, however if you decide that it is not the best match, we would like to make it easy for you.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to send your returned item/s back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (please be aware of jewellery snags or makeup stains), clean, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@rusthebrand.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like articles from collaborations.
Unfortunately, RUS digital gift cards can not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you are interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item to us and proceed to purchase the new piece.
Refunds
Once your item is received, we will inspect it and let you know if your return is approved or not. If it is, RUS will refund the full value of the goods using the same method as your original payment within 5 working days. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost and that we cannot refund international duties and taxes.
